BRIK blurs the lines between food and architecture with ingeniously crafted chocolate. Hackney-based and headed up by Danish designer Kia Utzon-Frank (great niece of Sydney Opera House architect Jørn Utzon)and retail strategist Raffaella Baruzzo, BRIK uses textures, materials and architectural surfaces as inspiration for its creations and as a vehicle for amazing flavour combinations. The chocolate tastes as intriguing as it looks and is created using only natural ingredients, plastic free packaging and produced in the most sustainable way possible.
