100% organically grown Sauvignon Blanc that was pressed, quickly pasteurised, and bottled unfiltered with zero additives. Strong floral and enticing aromats, great texture, just the right level of sweetness and acidity.

Cloudwater Soda unleashes the flavours of hops, yeast esters and wood ageing in their range of 0.0% ABV drinks. These adult soft drinks are presented in super cool pastel colour cans and include a range of delicious flavours. BRIK blurs the lines between food and architecture with ingeniously crafted chocolate. Hackney-based and headed up by Danish designer Kia Utzon-Frank (great niece of Sydney Opera House architect Jørn Utzon)and retail strategist Raffaella Baruzzo, BRIK uses textures, materials and architectural surfaces as inspiration for its creations and as a vehicle for amazing flavour combinations. The chocolate tastes as intriguing as it looks and is created using only natural ingredients, plastic free packaging and produced in the most sustainable way possible.

Wax/Wine London founder Magali upcycles wine bottles from low-intervention specialist
bars from across London and turns them into beautiful homewares from her studio
located just above Silver Lining. Magali upcycles the entire bottle by cutting by hand to create candles, tumblers and candle holders.
